BY BRAND
There is a navigation tab called 'Brands' at the top left hand side of the home page navigation bar. Use this to find the product you are searching for based on the brand you are after. A drop down menu displays the brands available to allow you to click on the name and be taken to that range of products. At the top of the left hand panel there will generally be further options to narrow your search further, either based on selecting sub categories, or product attributes.
By CATEGORY
On the top navigation bar of the home page you can select a category from the buttons available. When you select the category you are looking for, a drop down menu appears to display sub categories to help in your search.
By SEARCH
At the top of the home page on the right hand side is a search box. Simply enter the name, or part name, of the product you like, or the brand name and press 'search' or hit the return key. The more accurate the name you enter the more selective the results will be. The search facility will find all those products with your search words in them and display them in the main panel.
By KEY BRANDS
We constantly try to offer the 'HOT' Brands, and to make it even easier we display the hot brands on the panels on the front page so that you can go straight to them. These will change from time to time, but will reflect current trends in purchasing.
By TOP PICKS
The left hand panel called 'Top Picks' shows you the current best selling products, this will change from time to time as trends change, and new products are released, however, you can buy with the assurance that the product you have chosen is already a firm favourite.
Once you have decided on the product that you would like to purchase, press the 'add to shopping bag' button on the product page. You can either continue to shop or proceed to checkout, by pressing the checkout button. At this point you will be asked to sign in, if you are an existing customer, or to create a new account. This will simply collect the required information for us to process your order. At the point of payment, you will be taken to a payment gateway to ensure your transaction is totally secure. The best and most efficient way for you to order is via our on-line website, however, we understand that some people prefer to deal with real people, and don't enjoy websites and the internet, so you can call us on 01865 326600 to order products. We are a small team, who are very keen to offer the best service, but from time to time our phone lines get very busy, if it is busy please feel free to leave a message on our answer machine and we will reply to you as soon as a customer services representative is free. Our telephone lines are manned from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. All messages left over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be replied to when the office re-opens.
Quality Assurance
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchased made from HEADtoTOEshop.co.uk,as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. For this reason you can return or exchange goods within 14 working days, following delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging, have not been used and are re-saleable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
A copy of your paid invoice must be included with any returned product. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will refund the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery.
Damaged products
If you receive products that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 days of receipt of goods, stating your order number and in what way the goods have been damaged. Send the goods back to us at the returns address below within a reasonable time, preferably within 7 working days following receipt of the goods. We will then credit your accounts for the damaged goods or re-dispatch as appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock. Whilst we carry all the items on our website in stock, very occasionally certain items will be temporarily out of stock, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to either order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or cancel the order. Our aim is to dispatch 'in stock' items on the same day after receiving an order.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Items ordered at a weekend will be processed the following day excluding Bank Holidays.
All prices on our site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT.
We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class post or other reputable couriers where appropriate for our deliveries, a signature will generally be required so please ensure there will be some at the address on delivery. International Orders are shipped using a combination of Airmail to the destination country and then via the local delivery service. Please note: Aerosols may not be sent via Airmail, and so orders including Aerosols will be sent surface mail, in this case delivery will be considerably longer. If you wish us to split the order please request this, as an additional delivery charge will be applicable.

Payment
We are pleased to accept orders by Online transaction (secure server). All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept most credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. Unfortunately we do not accept American Exress. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. On-line payments are made through the Sagepay gateway, however you will not be redirected from our site. Insurance
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire, terrorism, war and legislation; petrol crisis and transport or weather disruptions. WEEE - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006
The Government has launched a NEW regulation in the form of the WEEE Regulation. Pricing Policy
