Usage
Use in conjunction with Brilliant range. Spray 10-12 inches (25-30 cm) from your hair to shape and finish any style.
Tips
- Secure rollers in damp hair. Lightly mist Brilliant hair spray over your entire head. Finish drying with a hair dryer and remove rollers. This will create soft, touchable curls that last even in the most humid conditions.
